Compounding Funds

Purpose of Compounding Fund

The funds allocated to compounding our mining fleet will be used on miners and power costs in order to maximize the long term stability and sustainability of our mining operation.

Purchase Timing

The timing, and choice of miners to purchase will be at the discretion of the Fuzzy Fellas team, in cooperation with our Kingdom Trust mining partnership.

During periods where the market is overheated, the team anticipates delaying the expenditure of these revenues until such a time as miners can be purchased at a reasonable and sustainable rate.

Selling Miners

There may also be opportunities in the market when it makes sense to sell some of our miners. The team will use their discretion to time this in the evolving market, and funds obtained from the resale of old miners will also go into the compounding fund to purchase new miners.
